Tell us about yourself?

I’m the Founder at Cloud Scale®. Currently, I’m pursuing a Ph.D. (Computer Science and Engineering from Punjabi University, Patiala, India). I have vast experience in Information Technology, project, and business management. Over the last 10 years, I have contributed to building niche innovative solutions like artificial intelligence-based chatbots, and control planes for Multi-Cloud deployments.

What do you think is the single biggest misconception people have when it comes to startups?

Women-led startups, along with research and innovations, how to make the business viable and relevant to current industry scenarios

If you could go back in time to any moment from your journey, and give yourself one tip, what would it be?

Take bold steps and lead the journey towards innovations.

What makes you stand out as an entrepreneur?A

A research & innovation-driven mindset. I like being agile, taking risks, learning, and adapting.

What are some of the best working habits you’ve gained over the past couple of years?

Working remotely and effectively managing day-to-day activities without impacting quality.

Give us a bit of an insight into the influences behind the company?

Cloud Scale Innovation is a women-led start-up working towards innovation. It was founded on 6th Nov 2020 with the idea of “Transforming Cloud & Data Center Management and profitability with Integrated Data-Insights”.

Where do you see your business in five years?

Our company operates in the enterprise multi/hybrid cloud, enterprise service mesh space, data analytics, predictive analytics, and vertically focused cloud computing and data services. Over the coming years, we see there is huge potential and growth opportunities.

What do you think the biggest challenge will be for you in getting there?

Finding the right talent, to mitigate this risk we have multiple openings for interns as believe fresh graduates would drive the next technology strife.

Talk to us about your biggest success story so far?

Engaging with one of the leading NBFC banks in India. We see this as a huge win to our business model.

How do clients and customers find you? Are you much of a salesperson for yourself?

Our team goes the organic way to approach clients and customers. Sometimes customers directly send us their requirements and sometimes we do reach out to them.

What one tip would you give to fellow startup founders?

Be bold and stay informed about the latest technology trends.

And finally, what do you hope the future brings both you personally, and your business?

Happy New Year 2022! We see next year as promising and a lot has been planned that has to be delivered in coming year.
